The community of companies with missions is an association created in 2018. Their desire is to transform the current functioning of the business world in order to make the company with mission the reference model everywhere in France.

Engineer in BioSciences (Institut Supérieur des BioScienes), trained in Design Thinking (dThinking academy), Management Marketing (ESSEC), in Public Health (Sciences Po) and Sanitary Democracy (Sorbonne).
10 years of experience in Marketing, Consulting, and Support for transformation in health. Thesis supervisor & Speaker at ESSEC (Design Thinking, Business for Good and Patient centricity).
Volunteer in associations, foundations and NGOs for consulting, marketing and advocacy missions.
SIMON LAVABRE
Founder and manager of Pépites and Co!
​20 years of experience in project engineering management with organizations involved in the fields of citizenship, social and solidarity economy, culture, medico-social, health and humanitarian, in France and abroad.

Committed, he is also co-founder of the PASS healthcare access system for Ville Marseille and president of the association

Passionate about personal and professional development, Barbara trains in the development of her behavioral skills (soft-skills) through theatrical improvisation and coaching.
